In June, the average value of the bank valuation for mortgage loans increased by 7 euros compared to the previous month, according to INE

The average valuation of the apartments rose by 10 euros compared to May, which in June were worth 1353 euros per square meter. In the case of housing, the average valuation increased by 5 euros to 1142 euros per square meter.

With regard to apartments, the north of the country had the most expressive growth in June, compared to the same month last year, which reached 11.9%.

The T3 apartments, one of the most valued typologies for loan applications, registered in June an increase of 12 euros per square meter in the national average, which stood at 1265 euros.

In the case of housing, the highest values ​​were in the Algarve, where the average bank valuation in June was 1584 euros per square meter, along with the Lisbon metropolitan area, with 1568 euros per square meter. The lowest value in this field was in the central region, where the banks' valuation was 991 euros per square meter.

The Algarve, the metropolitan areas of Lisbon and Porto, Madeira and the Alentejo coast were the regions with the bank valuation values ​​above the national average.
